The challenge
- The platform depended on a vendor-managed data centre it did not control or govern
- Analytics ran on proprietary tools whose per-seat licensing grew with every new user
- The migration had to move live clinical pipelines without interrupting delivery
- 200 embedded dashboards served 300 to 400 users who could not lose access

What we built
We ran the migration in phases against live clinical workloads, moving container clusters and production databases without interrupting a single pipeline or changing anything from the client perspective. In parallel we proved out an open analytics stack, that it handled the data volume, reproduced the dashboards, and supported embedding, before any commitment to the full cutover.
